What is time-boxed? Does it mean set a time frame to achieve your goals? And do you think it's better to set goals within reach or set them a little higher?

Meaning you may not actually reach it but will do better than you would have if you'd not had a goal in the first place.

For example: Set a goal of earning 100.00 a day from home. You reach 80.00 to 100.00... Achievable... But, set a goal just out of reach and strive for it, 150.00 or 200.00 per day, just out of reach but you may end up with 125.00.
